Returns, Replacement & Warranty Policy

At Pearletii, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

A return or replacement request will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Broken or damaged product received
  • Missing product in the parcel
  • Wrong item received

Refunds are not available in the above cases.
Only a replacement item will be shipped after verification.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement claims.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed parcel as received
  • The full unboxing process from start to finish
  • The product inside
  • The issue clearly visible

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

How to Raise a Return / Replacement Request

To initiate a request, please share the following within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Order ID
  2. Contact Number
  3. At least 2 clear photos of the product
  4. Proper unboxing video

Warranty / Quality / Fit / Size Issues

If you face any size, fit, finishing, or quality-related issue apart from broken, wrong, or missing items:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • You may be asked to send the product to our warehouse
  • Our team will conduct a Quality Assessment (QA)
  • Based on the QA result, the product will be repaired or replaced
  • The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you

Refunds are not available for warranty claims.
Only repair or replacement will be provided.

Processing Time

Please allow 24–48 working hours for review and processing once all required details have been shared.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear are not eligible
  • Replaced or exchanged items are non-refundable
  • Reshipped articles are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

Please read the cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched or shipped
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds or store credits for such orders.
  • No refunds or store credits will be provided. Only replacements are applicable as per our policy.
  • Shipping charges if applicable are non-refundable.
  • Festival offer items, special offer items, and promotional sale products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund
  • If a customer refuses to accept the order, any partial payment made may not be refundable
  • Separate gift boxes are not guaranteed for individual orders unless specifically mentioned
